Lottie is a dynamic, reliable and enthusiastic team worker who uses a goal-centred, collaborative, problem solving approach to managing and treating her patients.

Lottie Hancock Graduating from The University of Birmingham in 2010 with a Bsc Hons degree in Physiotherapy, Lottie has since worked at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, University College Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, where her passion developed for working within neurological physiotherapy.

Following this she worked within St George’s Hospital across neurological specialities such as; acute neurology and neurosurgery, hyper-acute and acute stroke units, neuro-rehabilitation, neuro-outpatients and community neuro. She then gained lots of experience as a Highly Specialised Physiotherapist at the Wolfson Rehabilitation Centre and is currently working in the community, treating patients with neurological injuries and supporting them to achieve their goals. Lottie is passionate about getting people stronger and fitter despite the challenges of living with a neurological condition. She has a particular special interest in rehabilitating patients with acquired brain injuries, parkinson’s and post-stroke.

Lottie is committed to continuing her professional development and ensuring her practice is evidence based and so attends regular courses and seminars. She has recently completed the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) pilates course for neuro conditions and the Basic Bobath Course. She is a member of the Health Professions Council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy & the Association of Physiotherapists interested in Neurology (ACPIN).

Locations We Cover

We can visit people for physiotherapy within the highlighted areas, which are an hour away from us and for which we charge a travel fee. For those who require or prefer a clinic-based appointment, we can offer these from a clinic based in Egham.

Should you wish us to visit beyond these areas then we are happy to do so but should the travel fee be too much for you then we can also try and source another appropriate physiotherapy service more locally.
