Kathleen is an experienced Neurological Physiotherapist with over 13 years of specialist experience helping people rebuild confidence, independence, and quality of life following neurological injury or illness.
She divides her time between her NHS leadership role as Community Physiotherapy Clinical Lead, clinically as a Neurological Outpatient Physiotherapist, and independent practice, where she works closely with individuals to achieve meaningful goals. Whether supporting someone to improve mobility, regain confidence at home, return to valued activities, or maximise independence after life-changing injury, her approach is always centred on what matters most to the individual.
Kathleen has extensive experience working with people living with complex neurological conditions and is known for her compassionate, collaborative style. Her practice combines expert assessment, advanced clinical reasoning, and evidence-based rehabilitation, with a strong focus on building therapeutic relationships and empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery.
Alongside her clinical work, Kathleen has developed significant leadership experience within the NHS, supporting service development, clinical excellence, and multidisciplinary team working. She remains committed to ongoing professional development and integrating the latest evidence and rehabilitation approaches into her practice.
Kathleen is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and a member of the CSP and ACPIN.
