Tricia has experience spanning 26 year specialising in rehabilitation of neurological conditions. When in the NHS she set up avocational clinic with the aim to integrate job centre plus programmes and community neurological rehabilitation. The aim of which was to maximise potential for return to work and source alternatives if a return to own occupation was not possible such as adult education and training.
Since 2002 Tricia has worked in personal injury including catastrophic injury. This includes providing vocational services to clients with multiple complex problems including traumatic brain injury, spinal and musculoskeletal injury, cognitive impairment and the emotional and behavioural changes following trauma. Tricia has trained in a wide range of standardised neurological assessment combining her clinical experience to identify the impact of injury on work capacities and providing individualised vocational rehabilitation programme. The nature of complex injury requires expertise to structure support into long-term vocational goals working within a multidisciplinary team. Tricia is trained in the following assessments

Tricia holds a Masters in Neurological Rehabilitation and is a member of Vocational Rehabilitation Association, College of Occupational Therapy Specialist Section Neurological Practice and College of Occupational Therapy Specialist Section Independent Practice.She is also co coordinator for the brain injury charity The Sussex Silver Lining group which is a charity which seeks to provide opportunities for the brain injured to help others.
